Success by Sesame care subscription

Published offer

From $59/month with a 12-month commitment; medication separate; provider prices vary.

Sesame offers a provider-choice model within its weight-management subscription. That choice makes it useful to ask about the selected clinician's follow-up arrangements before enrollment. A marketplace's general availability message does not establish the schedule of the person responsible for your care.

Ask about continuity within the subscription

The program advertises video visits, messaging and ongoing clinical care. Confirm which channel reaches your clinician, what happens outside routine availability and how another professional accesses the record if care changes. We have not tested these arrangements for any listed provider.

A prescription still requires an appropriate assessment. Ask which pharmacy would dispense the medicine and how questions about the package or instructions should be directed. The platform name and dispensing pharmacy name may differ.

Understand the selected price

The public starting subscription is $59 per month with a twelve-month commitment. A $99 month-to-month option is also listed, and providers may set higher prices. Medication is excluded. Confirm the actual provider, term and total charge instead of treating the lowest advertised fee as a universal quote.

Sesame distinguishes its cash-pay care subscription from insurance that may pay for medication. Neither arrangement establishes that a proposed product is appropriate for you.

A practical record to keep

Write the clinician's name, the clinical message route and the pharmacy contact beside the prescription. Our pharmacy verification guide explains the next check. This profile is a public-page review, without an independent test of care quality, dispensing or outcomes. Additional placement in the directory should not be read as a safety endorsement.
