Mochi Health

Clinical membership; branded and compounded options

Published offer

$79/month membership; eligible first-month promotion; drugs and diagnostics extra.

Mochi Health lists several medication options, including compounded preparations. A safety review must follow the selected prescription beyond the menu. The exact formulation, dispensing pharmacy and administration instructions matter more than recognition of the ingredient name.

Do not generalize across products

FDA has raised concerns about unapproved GLP-1 products, including dosing errors and fraudulent labels. Compounded medicines do not receive FDA approval. Ask the prescriber to explain why a compounded option is appropriate and which pharmacy will supply it.

Mochi's homepage advertises compounded injectable semaglutide from $60 and tirzepatide from $90. These are starting medication figures, not evidence of product equivalence or a universal price. The stated availability and pricing depend on state and the actual offer.

Identify the contacts before a refill arrives

The $79 monthly membership advertises provider access, coaching and support, with an eligible introductory promotion. Medicine and diagnostics are excluded. Ask how to reach a clinician for a treatment concern and the dispensing pharmacist for product-specific questions.

If a refill changes appearance, concentration or equipment, obtain instructions tied to that supply. Our new-package checklist deliberately avoids generic conversions because they cannot identify an individual's prescription.

What this review cannot verify

We have not checked a pharmacy assigned to a patient, inspected a batch or tested Mochi's response channels. Use the license and identity guide to investigate the actual dispensing organization. Published features can help frame questions, but they cannot settle the safety of a specific product or clinical plan.
